MISSION STATEMENT
To provide the forensic community with unique and relevant digital forensic solutions while adhering to our core values of honor, integrity, loyalty, positive attitude, dedication and most important above all – altruism.
The name “Talino Tech” is an old Tagalog word which can be interpreted as “to investigate” or “analyze”.
The heart of Talino Tech consists of simple core values that should exist in any company such as ours but are hard to find in today’s business models. Core values such as honor, integrity, loyalty, positive attitude, dedication and most important above all – altruism.

AILYN WHALEN
Ailyn is a co-founder of TALINO TECH LLC and is responsible for directing the company and it’s affairs and is responsible for ensuring that TALINO TECH’s goals and objectives are met. Ailyn is also responsible for implementation of policies and procedures. Ailyn is known for assisting and supporting SUMURI team members and our customers at every level. Ailyn, who is originally from the Philippines, leads by example and encourages TALINO TECH team members to adopt Filipino values such as hard work, the importance of family and being selfless.
STEVE WHALEN
Steve is a co-founder of TALINO TECH LLC and is the creator of many of SUMURI’s world-known products and training such as PALADIN, RECON, CARBON, TALINO, and the Macintosh Forensic Survival Courses. Steve was responsible for the design and creation of the majority of TALINO TECH’s software and hardware products and also the development of TALINO TECH’s forensic training. Steve, like other members of the TALINO TECH team, is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner and retired Law Enforcement. Steve is known for his expertise in Mac forensics, his unique teaching style, and his support of law enforcement. Steve is currently working on his humanitarian project through his non-profit Red Stapler Inc. and a new venture – Salty Gnome LLC.
